摘要
阐述了电气设备非接地故障泄漏电流的存在及其危害,提供了住宅电气设备正常泄漏电流实测值,提出了为避免非接地故障泄漏电流和N线接地故障泄漏电流,而导致漏电保护器误动作的注意事项。
The hazards and existing of non-earthing fault leaking current is discussed. Some normal equipment leaking current by measured is provided. And some issues being noticed about mis-operating of RCD is introduced.
