摘要
介绍了给水泵系统最小流量阀的技术特性以及控制原则,分析了常用最小流量阀控制方法存在的问题,提出一种基于间隙特性函数的控制方案。试验结果表明:采用间隙特性函数控制给水泵最小流量阀,能消除流量小幅波动对阀门开度的影响,提高机组的安全经济运行。
This paper introduced the technical characteristics and the control principle of the minimum flow valve of feed water pump system, analyzed the problems of the control methods of the common minimum flow valve, and proposed the control scheme based on gap characteristic function. The test results show that the minimum flow valve of feed water pump controlled by gap characteristic function can eliminate the influence of the small fluctuation of flow on the valve opening, so as to improve the safe and economic operation of the unit.
