摘要
目的分析穴位贴敷应用于痰湿壅盛型高血压患者后,对患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2015年1-12月在我院治疗的痰湿壅盛型高血压患者80例,分为研究组40例和对照组40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予穴位敷贴治疗护理,观察两组患者的生存质量评分和血压变化情况。结果经过治疗后,研究组患者的BP评分、SF评分、RE评分、MH评分以及GH评分等各项生存质量评分均高于对照组患者,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组患者的收缩压和舒张压改善情况均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对痰湿壅盛型高血压患者采用穴位贴敷的方法进行治疗,可以有效提高患者的生存质量评分,降低患者收缩压和舒张压,改善患者临床症状。
Objective To analyze the acupoint application in patients with phlegm dampness type hypertension after impact on patients＇ quality of life. Methods 80 cases of patients with January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital treatment of phlegm dampness type hypertension, divided into study group and control group of 40 cases in 40 cases. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, the research group was given acupoint application therapy, and the quality of life score and blood pressure changes of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the BP score, SF score, RE score, MH score and GH score of the study group were higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The improvement of systolic and diastolic bloodpressure in the study group were better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method in patients with phlegm dampness type hypertension treated by acupoint sticking therapy for treatment, can effectively improve the quality of life score of patients, patients with lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
