摘要
目的观察复方玄驹胶囊联合沙利度胺、柳氮磺砒啶治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效并分析。方法将60例强直性脊柱炎患者,随机按入院时顺序分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用沙利度胺联合柳氮磺砒啶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方玄驹胶囊。观察对比治疗前后症状改善程度及实验室相关指标变化。结果两组患者Bath疾病活动指数(BASDAI)、Bath功能指数(BASFI)和红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均有显著下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组在改善Schober实验方面与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊辅助治疗效果较好,可增强抗炎作用,较好改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the compound Xuanju capsule combined with thalidomide and sulfasalazine pyridine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis clinical efficacy and analysis. Methods 60 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients, according to admission order is divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, the control group were treated with thalidomide combined with willow nitrogen sulphur pyridine treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the compound xuanju capsule. The improvement of symptoms and the changes of related indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Two groups of patients with bath disease activity index（BASDAI）, bath as functional index（BASFI） and red blood cell settlement rate（ESR）, and C-reactive protein（CRP） levels were significantly decreased and observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group was statistically significant difference compared with the control group（P〈0.05） in improving the schober experiment. Conclusion Fufangxuanju capsule adjuvant therapy, can enhance the anti-inflammatory effect, improve clinical symptoms.
