摘要
目的探讨新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗效果并对产生的不良反应进行分析。方法选择收治的80例新生儿黄疸患儿,给予蓝光治疗,每日用经皮测胆仪对患儿的皮胆值进行监测,并对患儿治疗过程中出现的不良反应进行记录。结果经蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,不良反应轻,停止使用蓝光,不良反应很快缓解,不会对患儿造成影响。结论蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,不良反应轻、安全,家属接受度高。
Objective To investigate the effect of blue light on neonatal jaundice and analyze the adverse reactions. Methods 80 cases of neonatal jaundice were treated with blue light treatment, the daily use of the skin test of the bile value of the patient＇s skin to monitor the value of the patients, and the treatment of children in the course of adverse reactions were recorded. Results After Blu ray treatment of neonatal jaundice curative effect, adverse reaction, light, stop the use of blue light, the adverse effects of quick response, wouldn＇t affect the children. Conclusion Blu ray treatment of neonatal jaundice efficacy significantly, adverse reactions, light, safety, family members of the high degree of acceptance.
