摘要 振动故障是离心泵常见故障之一。受驱动电机、泵内流体和管道的影响,振动的发生往往伴随多重因素的叠加和多种原因的共同作用,一般可将其分为四种原因:机械原因、结构原因、水力学原因和流体动力学原因。不同的振动原因导致的表现形式也不尽相同,例如振动位置、振动强度、受力部件均有所区别。文中对离心泵常见振动故障原因进行了详细分析和论述,并给出了对应的振动特征以及故障排查和处理方法,为现场运行人员的维护和检修工作提供了借鉴。 Vibration is one of commonly encountered faults in centrifugal pump. With the effects of driven motor and fluids in pump body and piping, the occurrence of vibration is often coupled with superposition of these factors. Generally, there are four kinds of causes, which are mechanical one, structural one, hydraulic one and hydrodynamics one. Different vibration forms are due to different causes, for instance, which may result in vibration with differences in location, intensity and effected components. In this article, the causes inducing vibration in centrifugal pump, which are commonly met, were analyzed and described in detail, and the vibration characteristics were described. Then the methods for finding and removing faults were presented, which may be the reference for onsite maintenance and repair work.
