摘要
警察出庭作证涵盖了诉讼模式、检警关系、庭审方式等多个司法方面内容,在当下司法体制改革的过程中,要理顺公检法三者关系,为警察出庭作证制度的完善提供充分保障,同时,要建立警察出庭作证的豁免机制,健全警察出庭作证的保护制度。
Police testifying in court includes litigation mode, the relationship between the prosecution and the police, and the trial mode. In the process of current judicial reform, we should straighten out the relation a- mong the public security, procuratorate, and courts so as to provide adequate protection for improving the system of police testifying in court. Meanwhile, we should also build the exemption mechanism and improve the protection mechanisms.
