摘要
国家对于新型智库建设的重视引来了各领域智库理论研究与建设"热"。大学图书馆作为存储和传播知识的媒介,在新型智库建设中迎来了新的发展机遇。文章总结归纳了智库概念、功能,分析了智库、大学、大学图书馆三者的关系,在此基础上,重点分析了大学图书馆智库功能定位、大学图书馆智库能力构成及建设问题。
The country attaches great importance to new think tank construction, which results in the theoretical research and construction boom of think tanks in many fields. University library, as a media of knowledge storage and communication, has ushered a new developing opportunity in the construction of new think tanks. The paper summarizes the concepts and features of think tank, and analyzes the relationship among think tank, university and university library, with special emphasis on the functions, capacity structure and construction of think tanks.
