摘要
临床医学专业研究生培养的主要目的是培养既有较强临床实践能力又具备较好的临床应用研究能力、既具有良好的学术资质又具有合格的临床执业医师资格证书和住院医师规范化培训合格证书的高层次医学应用型人才。思想道德和学术道德是研究生教育的重要组成部分,英语是对外学术交流和了解国内外医学新理论、新技术的有效工具,强调英语学习的实用性,兼顾听说读写的全方位训练,避免"哑巴"英语。在临床实践学习中,注重基本理论、基础知识、基本技能的学习,带教老师言传身教,坚持医学理论与临床实践紧密结合,增强研究生解决临床实际问题的能力。培养和训练研究生结合临床实际工作中的问题,开展临床科学研究的能力。
The primary goal of the training of postgraduate students majored in clinical medicine is to develop the ability of clinical practice, the ability of conducting clinical research and to endow the students with good academic qualifications. The students should have acquired the physicians’ practice license and qualification certificate of resident standardized training at the time of graduation. Training of good ideological morality and academic morality is important component of the postgraduate training. English is a useful tool for international academic exchange and understanding the advanced theory and technology of foreign medical science. Thus, teachers should emphasize the importance of English studying and comprehensive training in listening, speaking, reading and writing.“Dumb English”should be avoided. In clinical practice, the students should systematically learn the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic manipulative skills of medicine. Teachers should set a good example for the students. In teaching, teachers should combine the medical theory to clinical practice. We should help the students to improve their ability of solving clinical problems, to develop the ability of conducting clinical research associated with the problems we encountered in our routine clinical practice.
