摘要
目的评价思维导图案例教学法在护理本科生胰腺癌术后并发症带教中的作用。方法将天津医科大学护理学院60名本科生随机分为两组,对照组采用常规教学法,试验组采用思维导图教学法。4周教学结束之后,采用笔试和临床情景问题两种形式,考核学生对胰腺癌术后并发症护理要点的掌握情况。结果试验组学生笔试和临床情景测验的成绩均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论胰腺癌外科手术复杂,术后并发症多,相关因素、预防、早期观察、紧急处理内容庞杂,思维导图可帮助学生更好地掌握相关知识。
Objective To evaluate the effects of mind map in the clinical teaching of postoperative complications of pancreatic cancer among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Sixty students in School of Nursing, Tianjin Medical University were randomly divided into two groups. Traditional teaching method and mind map was implemented in the control group and the experimental group, respectively. Four weeks later, all the students in both groups were tested with the written examination and clinical situation test. Results The students in the experimental group scored higher than those of the control group in written examination and clinical situation test(P〈0.001). Conclusion Mind maps can facilitate nursing students to master the knowledge related to related factors, prevention, early observation and emergency treatment of postoperative complications among patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
