物种累积曲线在南汀河流域实蝇调查研究中的应用 被引量:1

Application of species accumulation curves in study on fruit flies in Nanting river basin

摘要 运用EstimateS对南汀河流域实蝇抽样调查数据进行分析并绘制物种累积曲线.结果显示,抽样次数和个体数与实蝇种类的物种累积曲线均表现为上升舒缓,呈典型的抛物线,未呈直线上升,表明对南汀河流域实蝇种群的抽样调查充分:南汀河流域实蝇类昆虫估计有48种或55种,实际抽样调查发现43种,调查发现达78.18%~89.58%,抽样调查效果较好. Estimates was applied to analyze sampling survey data of fruit fly in Nanting river basin and draw species accumulation curves. The results showed that species accumulation curves of frequency in sampling, individual number and species of fruit fly all manifest slow increase and typical parabola. The curves presented no upward tendency in a straight line, which indicated that sampling survey of fruit fly population in Nanting river basin was sufficient; it was estimated that there were 48 or 55 kinds of insect like fruit fly in Nanting river basin. And 43 kinds of fruit flies had been found by practical sampling survey, with the proportion of 78.18%~89.58% found through investigation, which suggested sampling survey was favorable.
