摘要
目的探讨安神补心丸辅助治疗顽固性失眠的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月至2013年3月80例顽固性失眠患者,随机分观察组和对照组。对照组40例,予常规西医治疗,观察组40例,在对照组基础上加用安神补心丸辅助治疗,连续治疗4周,观察治疗后相关指标变化。结果两组治疗前睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组各评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后在催眠药物使用频次、催眠药物使用总剂量、并发症发生率、治疗时间上明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组治疗总有效率为80%(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗的基础上合并安神补心丸,能更有效的改善顽固性失眠的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical auxiliary treatment efficacy of Anshenbuxin pill on refractory insomnia. Methods 80 cases patients with refractory insomnia from March 2010 to March 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. The control group（40 cases）were given conventional western medicine,while the observation group（40 cases）were given Anshenbuxin pill on the base of the treatment of the control group,which treated for 4 weeks. The relevant indexes after treatment were observed. Results The scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficay and sleep dysfunction rating scale between the two groups had no significant differences before treatment（P0.05）;the indexes mentioned above of two groups were both lower than that before treatment（P0.05）;meanwhile,after treatment the scores of these scales above of the observation group were all lower than that of the control group（P0.05）;the hypnotic drug use frequency,hypnotic drug use total dose,comlications occurrence rate,treatment time of the observation group were lower than that of the control group（P0.05）. The total efficay of observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than the control group（80%）（P0.05）. Conclusion Anshenbuxin pill combined with the conventional western medicine can be more effective to improve the clinical efficacy of refractory insomniatreatment.
