摘要
目的通过品管圈活动及管理工具的运用，提高临床大小便标本分析前质量，降低标本收集及送检缺陷率的发生。方法2013年5月成立7人小组的品管圈，通过选定主题、制定活动计划、解析问题、拟定对策、实施措施等步骤，运用质量管理工具对大小便标本分析前存在的诸多原因进行分析，制定流程改善系统，并比较改善前后效果。结果本科室活动改善前大小便标本分析前标本缺陷发生率为1．69％，实施品管圈活动改善后缺陷发生率降至0．62％，完成目标值设定。结论通过品管圈活动干预可有效降低科室大小便标本缺陷发生率，提高送检质量。
Objective To improve the quality control before analysis of stool and urine specimen and to reduce the rate of defect in specimen collection and being submitted for examination by activities of quality control circle and management tools. Methods The quality control circle composed of 7 persons which was established in May 2013. Various reasons existed before analysis of stool and urine specimen were discussed with quality management tools by the process including selecting the topic, drawing up an activity program, explaining problems, generating responses, drafting countermeasures, implementing measures and so on. The system to improve the process was developed. Effects were compared before and after the improvement. Results The rate of defect before analysis of stool and urine specimen was 1.69% before improvement and was 0. 62% after implementing activities of quality control circle with achieving target values. Condusions The quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the defect rate of stool and urine specimen and the quality of being submitted for examination.
