摘要
目的:分析临床路径在该院逐步推广使用现状。方法:通过对东阳市人民医院HIS(Hospital Information System)系统提取2010-2015年所有临床路径的入径人数、完成人数、进入率、退出率等数据进行统计分析。结果:5年来,临床路径的进入率不断提高,退出率不断降低,临床路径得到有效推进。结论:采取多种方式推进临床路径,能降低平均住院日,提高医疗效率。
Objective To analyze the status quo of the clinical pathway application to a domestic hospital. Methods Data were extracted from the history records of Hospital Information System of Dongyang Renmin Hospital, including number of people using clinical pathway, number of people completing clinical pathway, accession rate and quit rate from 2010 to 2015, and analyzed. Results In five years, the accession rate of clinical pathway was increasing, and the quit rate was decreasing. The promotion of clinical pathway was effective. Conclusions Promotion of clinical pathway with different methods can shorten hospital stay and improve medical efficiency.
