绍兴市哮喘患儿家庭因素对其哮喘控制状况的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解绍兴市儿童哮喘的控制状况与管理水平,探索影响绍兴市儿童哮喘控制的因素。方法采用自编的一般情况问卷,哮喘知识问卷,儿童哮喘控制测试问卷和家庭功能量表对绍兴市三级医院的122哮喘患儿进行调查。结果哮喘控制测试得分≤19分的占64.75%,≥23分占13.94%,完全控制型与部分控制型哮喘的比例和为35.25%。哮喘控制状况与哮喘知识、哮喘行为呈显著相关(r值分别为0.192、0.264,均P<0.05),母亲文化程度,家庭经济月收入、有无长期诊疗方案、主要照顾者文化程度与儿童哮喘控制状况呈显著相关(χ2值分别为11.520、14.707、8.886和20.760,均P<0.05)。结论绍兴市儿童哮喘控制状况不佳,患儿的主要照顾者文化程度、家庭经济月收入、家长的哮喘知识是影响其哮喘控制状况的因素。 Objective To understand the control status and management level of asthma among children, explore the influencing factors of childhood asthma control in Shaoxing city. Methods A self-designed general questionnaire, asthma knowledge questionnaire, children asthma control test questionnaire, and family function scale were used to investigate 122 children with asthma from tertiary hospitals in Shanxing city. Results Among the children, 64. 75% of them got 19 points or less than 19 points, 13.94% of them got 23 points or more than 23 points in childhood asthma control test questionnaire. The ratio of children with complete control type asthma to children with partial control type asthma was 35.25%. Asthma control status was significantly correlated with asthma knowledge and asthma behavior (r= 0. 192, P〈 0. 05 ; r = 0. 264, P〈0. 05 ) . Maternal educational level, family monthly income, long-term treatment plan, educational level of main carers were significantly correlated with asthma control status (χ^2 = 11. 520, 14. 707, 8. 886, 20. 760, P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion Childhood asthma control condition is poor in Shaoxing city. The influencing factors of asthma control include educational level of main carers, family monthly income, and parental asthma knowledge.
