摘要
从管理到治理,多方主体逐步参与高等教育管理活动。校长作为大学最高行政长官,走向专业化发展道路,对高等教育治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要的意义。大学校长专业化面临观念角色模糊、素质参差不齐、评价体系失范的困境。实现大学校长专业化发展应着力于推动大学校长治理理念转换,优化大学内部现代治理体系,构建科学化共治评价机制。
During the period transforming from management to governance, multi subject gradually involved in management activities of higher education. The university president is the chief executive of the university, the specialization development of which has an important value on the modernization of higher education system and the ability of governance. The specialization of university presidents can be achieved from three aspects ： promoting the positive transformation of the role of university president, de- veloping the internal governance system, promoting scientific evaluation and incentive system.
