摘要
食管癌是消化道常见的致命性肿瘤,虽然在全世界范围内开展了大量的基础研究和临床试验,但其诊断水平和治疗效果仍无明显改善。相比于其他恶性肿瘤,食管癌患者5年生存率仍普遍较低。目前较为前沿的研究认为食管癌难治愈可能与其中的干细胞有关。消除或抑制这些干细胞可能为食管癌的治疗带来新的希望。本文主要就食管癌干细胞特异标记、分选鉴定手段和靶向治疗进行综述。
Esophageal carcinoma is a kind of common malignant tumor in the digestive tract. Although a lot ot basic researches and dinical trials have been carried out all over the world, neither the diagnostic levd nor the therapeutic effects have been obviously improved. The 5-year survival rate of esophageal cancer patient is still lower than that of other malignant tumors. Up to now, some frontier researches consider that the reason of the esophageal carcinoma being difficult to cure is related to the stem cells in it. Elimination or suppression of these stem cells may bring new hope for the treatment of esophageal cancer. This article generally introduces the specific markers, separation and indentif：cation methods about the esophageal cancer stem cell. The targeted therapy is also mentioned.
