摘要
子宫腺肌症是育龄期妇女常见的良性疾病,临床表现主要为月经过多、痛经、盆腔痛。目前,根治手段仍为经腹或腹腔镜切除子宫。近年来,随着磁共振成像及阴道超声等影像医学技术的发展,子宫腺肌症的检出率逐年升高,并呈年轻化。越来越多育龄期患者因生活质量等因素迫切希望保留子宫的完整性和生育能力,因此诸多保留子宫的手术方式广泛应用于临床,其中骶前/骶神经切除术在缓解子宫腺肌症痛经方面疗效显著。
Adenomyosis is a common gynecologic disease that usually occurs in women in their reproductive years, the main clinical manifestations of which are menorrhagia, dysmenorrheal and pelvic pain. Hyster- ectomy by laparotomy or tapamseopy is currently leading therapeutics for adenomyosis, applying to women without fertility requirements. With the development of magnetic resonance and transvaginal ultrasound and other medical imaging technology,the diagnosis rate of adenomyosis has been increasing featured with younger age,leading to a shift of the clinical treatment modalities. More and more women strongly request for integrity of uterus and fertility,therefore uterus-sparing operative treatment for adenomyosis has been widely applied in clinical, presacral/sacral neurectomy has brought about a striking effect on dysmenorrhea in adenomyosis.
