Thermoelectric coupling simulation of the lightning damage of aircraft composite

摘要 参照国外已有的雷击实验结果,建立了复合材料层合板的三维有限元模型,通过施加电边界和热边界以及引入材料性能参数之间的相互依赖关系,运用ABAQUS仿真软件真实地模拟出复合材料在雷击过程中雷电流的传导以及损伤过程。通过仿真研究复合材料层合板在遭遇雷击时热、电之间的耦合作用,得到雷电流注入后层合板中的温度分布场,对比分析后得出了不同层的烧蚀形貌和尺寸均有所不同的结论。通过对比不同铺层层合板的雷击损伤结果发现,当顶层为0°铺层(即与结构长度方向一致)时层合板的损伤面积较大。 Aiming at thermoelectric coupling simulation of lightning damage of aircraft composite with ABAQUS,it establishes a three-dimensional finite element model of composite laminate based on the existing lightning simulation experiment.It introduces the electrical and thermal boundary condition and the coupled material properties,simulates the thermal distribution of lightning current and the damage process of composite laminate during the lightning strike.Based on the simulation of the thermoelectric coupling effect of composite laminate,it analyzes the temperature distribution after lightning current inducted,discusses the result and conclusion.The data analysis shows that the shape and size of damage of different layer are not the same.Comparing the damage result of different layer,it obtains that when the top layer is 0 degree which is parallel with the longitudinal direction,the damage area is the biggest.
