摘要
以天然高分子壳聚糖为混凝剂,采用新型光电耦合装置对混凝过程进行光学在线监测,考察p H值、壳聚糖投加量、水力条件以及沉降时间等操作因素对混凝过程的影响。结果表明,当原水颗粒悬浮物浓度分别为100,500,1 000 mg/L时,在p H为8,壳聚糖投加量为5 mg/L,150 r/min混合5 min,70 r/min混凝20 min的条件下,分别沉降25,20,15 min后,去浊率为可达90.7%、94.4%和98.0%。
In this study,the simulated raw water characterized by high turbidity was treated using chitosan as a coagulant. The effects of initial p H,chitosan dose,hydraulic condition and precipitation time in the coagulation process were discussed. The results showed that the optimization condition was p H of 8,dosing of chitosan of 5 mg / L,coagulation stirring strength of 150 r / min,mixed stirring time of 5 min,the flocculation stirring strength of 70 r / min and mixed stirring time of 20 min. When the settling time were 25,20 and 15 min respectively,the optimum removal of suspended substance could achieve 90. 7%,94. 4% and 98. 0% in low( 100 mg / L),middle( 500 mg / L) and high( 1 000 mg / L) concentration of the simulated raw water under the optimized conditions.
