摘要
"互联网+"是由民间自由经济到政府国策的新模式,凸现了中国消费市场的张力,彰显了中国政府和企业的务实精神。本文应用历史探索和数据验证的方法从科技规律、经济规律、发展数据和时序规律四个方面来论证一个道理:经济基础决定上层建筑,而科技发展则决定经济基础;互联网商业模式加快中国经济转型和发展,而互联网技术支撑着互联网商业模式变革。互联网技术发展与中国经济发展的正向互动效能关系证明开放、拿来、消化和发展是现今中国企业和政府的明智抉择。对中国企业和政府进一步的建议,是继续拓展"互联网+"效益机制和大力发展互联网的软硬件技术以适应未来新阶段的经济循环。
＂Internet ＋ ＂ is a new model of the government＇ s national policy from the free folk economy, it highlights the tension of the consumer market in China and demonstrates the pragmatic spirit of Chinese government and enterprises. In this paper, by historical exploration and data verification from the four aspects of historical law, economic law, development data and time serial, we demonstrate such a truth： the economic base determines the superstructure while the development of science and technology decides the economic foundation; Internet business patterns accelerate the transformation and development of China＇ s economy and Internet technologies support the change of Internet business. The positive interaction between Internet technology and economic development proves that opening, bringing, digestion and development is a wise choice for Chinese enterprises and government. Further suggestions for Chinese enterprises and government are to continue to expand the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ benefit mechanism and to develop the Interact＇ s hardware and software to adapt to the new stage of economic cycle.
