固溶处理对制曲机铸造叶片用不锈钢性能的影响

Effects of Solution Treatment on the Stainless Steel Properties Used for Cast Blade in Koji Making Machine

摘要 选用了Ni、Cr、Mo以及Mn为主要合金化元素,设计了3组制曲机用不锈钢材料化学成分。研究和分析了固溶热处理工艺对制曲机叶片用不锈钢试样的力学性能、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性以及微观组织结构的影响。结果表明:1 050℃固溶处理后的A3不锈钢试样性能最佳,其屈服强度为429.7 MPa,抗拉强度为654.5 MPa、伸长率为27.4%以及硬度值为HRC34.7。经70 h耐磨性试验后,其磨损量为96.3 mg,经96 h的10%Na Cl溶液浸泡试验后,其腐蚀失重量为23.39 mg。金相和显微结构分析表明,固溶处理后样品主要以奥氏体为主,同时存在部分铁素体,合金元素的添加主要起固溶强化作用。 Three different chemical compositions stainless steel used for blade in koji making machine was designed and prepared by adding element of Ni, Cr, Mo, Mn etc. The influence of annealing heat treatment process on mechanical properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and microstructure of stainless steel used for blade in koji making machine was studied. The results show that the best stainless steel is A3 while solution treatment temperature is 1 050 ℃, the yield strength is 429.7 MPa, the tensile strength is 654.5 MPa, elongation is 27.4% and hardness is HRC34.7. After 70 h abrasion resistance test, the abrasion weight loss is 96.3 mg. after 96 h of 10% NaCl solution immersion test, the corrosion weight loss of 23.39 mg. Metallographic and microstructure analysis show that the microstructure of the samples are mainly composed of austenite and part of ferrite after solution treatment. The adding of alloy element mainly makes the effect of solid solution strengthening.
