摘要
以聚乙烯醇溶液为介质,三偏磷酸钠交联改性的玉米淀粉和丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸乙烯酯接枝聚合后,与三聚氰胺交联共混,用柠檬酸、水、碳酸氢钠和偶氮二甲酰胺混合发泡制备了一种阻燃发泡材料,研究了物料配比、温度对材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,发泡温度为135℃,m(三偏磷酸钠)∶m(淀粉)=1∶5,m(淀粉)∶m(丙烯酸甲酯)∶m(醋酸乙烯酯)=3∶2∶1,m(碳酸氢钠)∶m(偶氮二甲酰胺)∶m(柠檬酸)=2∶1∶0.1,三者用量为总质量的2%,水量为20%时,发泡材料的表观密度、拉伸强度、抗冲击强度和断后伸长率分别为0.685g/cm3,1.065kJ/m2,3.025MPa和28.8%,阻燃性能达到V-0级。
Crosslink-modified corn starch by three sodium metaphosphate was grafted and polymerized with methac- rylate and vinyl acetate by using polyvinyl alcohol solution as medium, then mixed with melamine and foamed under citric acid, water, sodium bicarbonate and azobisformamide as foaming agent,a fire retardant foam materials was prepared. The effect of amount of foaming agent, ratios of raw materials, and foaming temperature on the mechanical and fire retardant properties of product were studied. The results revealed that when foaming temperature was 135℃ ,m(TSM)=m(starch)= 1= 5, m(starch) :m(methacrylate) :m(vinyl acetate) --3: 2: 1, re(sodium bicarbonate) :m(azobisformamide) : m( citric acid) = 2: 1: 0. 1, three foaming agent was 2% and water was 20% of total mass, the apparent density, tensile strength, impact strength and break elongation of foaming material were O. 685g/cm3 , 1. 065kJ/m2 , 3. 025MPa, 28.8%, the fire retardant properties was to V-O.
