摘要
"高质量生涯与技术教育"已经成为美国教育界和劳动组织所一致追求的目标,通过梳理当代美国探讨"高质量生涯与技术教育"的三个代表性报告,从项目理念、项目原则、项目内容、项目实施、项目评估等五个方面对美国职业教育质量观的框架变迁进行了分析解读,由此,应从制定职业教育技术技能核心标准、构建学分互认与衔接的培养体系、形成以伙伴关系为纽带的组织生态、建立职业教育评估与问责体系等四个方面,系统构建我国现代职业教育质量观。
High-quality Career and Technical Education has become the consistent pursuit of the goal for education and labor organization of the United States, through comb- ing the contemporary three representative reports on the discussion about "the high-quality CTE", analyse the framework transition of the CTE quality view from the idea of the project, principle in project, project content, project implementation, project evaluation, therefore, should formulate vocational education technical skills core standards, construct training system based on mutual recognition and cohesion of credits, form the organizational ecology linked by the partnership, establish vocational education assessment and ask responsibility system to construction the modern vocational education quality view for our country.
