摘要
针对川东北元坝YB-1井高压、高产气井的实际工况,根据工程热力学理论和可压缩气体流体动力学理论,建立了管柱温度、压力和油管的临界冲蚀预测数学模型。基于此模型,开发了相应的预测软件。根据井眼轨迹数据、地层温度和产量等基本参数,得到了流体沿井筒的温度、压力与油管临界冲蚀流量的变化关系,以及高产气井临界冲蚀流量与井口压力、油管直径的定量关系。
Based on the actual operational mode of YB - 1 well which is of high pressure and high production in the northeast Sichuan, the mathematical model of critical erosion prediction influenced by wellbore temperature and pressure was established in this paper, depending on engineering thermodynamics theory and fluid dynamic theory about coercible gas. On the basis of this model, prediction software was developed. According to the parameters of well path data, reservoir temperature and production, the relationship of temperature, pressure and critical erosion rate of tube along the depth of wellbore was obtained. The quantitative relationship between critical erosion rate and wellhead pressure, tubing size was also achieved.
