摘要
五行是木火土金水相互作用、相互制约而形成的阴阳转化及其运行状态,是中国古代重要的哲学思想,体现了古人对人与自然关系认识的睿智,是一种重要的物质观,也是弥足珍贵的精神财富。不少人把木火土金水之五行简单地看成五种物质,事实上五行是依托五种物质而升华的五种精气神。五行分时化育,对应青、赤、黄、白、黑五帝。木火土金水之五行不仅对应儒家之五常(仁、礼、信、义、智),还对应佛教之五戒(戒杀、戒淫、戒妄、戒盗、戒酒)。在当今全球化的新时代,竞争日趋激烈,管理愈加复杂,人心日渐浮躁,环境日益恶化。从五行大道中汲取管理智慧,不仅有助于修身、齐家,实现正己化人,还能够促进组织管理创新,更好地维护地球生命系统,实现人与自然的共生与和谐。
The Five Elements are five dynamic and interacting forces. They involve the important traditional Chinese philosophical thoughts, and reflect the wisdom of ancient people on the relationship between humanity and nature. Therefore, it is an important material concept, and rare spiritual treasures. Quite a lot of people only take the Five Elements as five different substances. Actually, the Five Elements are five refined forces based on five substances. The Five Elements can transform and nourish things, and match with the Five Emperors, that is, Green, Red, Yellow, White and Black Emperors. The Five Elements, wood, fire, soil, metal, and water, are correlated not only with five constant virtues advocated by Confucianism, namely, benevolence, propriety, good faith, righteousness, and wisdom, but also with five Buddhist Disciplines, namely, abstaining from killing, gallantry, talking non-sense , stealing, and feasting. In the new era of globalization, human are faced with such problems as, competition being fiercer, management more complicated, human beings more and more restless, and the environment more and more worsening. Therefore, learning management wisdom from the Five Elements is very necessary. It is beneficial to improve personal qualities, and manage a family. In addition, it can promote organizational management innovation ,maintain the life system on the earth, and execute co-existence and harmony between humanity and nature.
