摘要
液气两相流空隙率检测主要用来检测气流中的液态粒子等。设计一种基于螺旋式电极的电容传感器,采用不同直径的毛细玻璃管模拟连续单一大小液滴,通过自主设计的液气两相流检测装置,实现对液气两相流低含水率的测量。试验结果表明,电容检测技术能够实现液气两相流的低含水率测量,满足工程应用需要。
The flow void fraction measurement of liquid - gas two phase is mainly used to measurethe liquid particles in the air. A capacitance sensor, based on the spiral electrode, using different diametercapillary glass tube to simulate continuous single droplet size liquid, through the liquid - gas twophase flow test device derived from own - designed, is designed to measure the void fraction of liquid -gas two phase flow. The experimental results show that the capacitance detection technology can carry outthe measurement of the void fraction, and meet the needs of the engineering application.
