摘要
财政收入与GDP在增长速度及二者占比方面具有一定的正相关性,但对辽南某县级市财政收入与地方GDP增长速度及二者占比方面的研究表明,两者的相关程度明显较低,存在一定的不同步问题和不匹配的现象,财政收入未能真实体现出GDP的变化。通过一系列深层次的原因分析,建议采取综合措施,从合理调节产业结构、加强税收征管等方面,完善财政收入科学增长的长效机制。
Fiscal revenue and GDP havesome positive correlation in terms of the growth rate and the ratios they occupy, but the research on the growth rate of fiscal revenue and local GDP and their occupied ratiosof a county-level city in southern Liaoning showed significantly low degree of correlation between them, there were some sync issues and mismatches, the fiscal revenue failedto reflect the real changes in GDP. Through a series of in-depth analysis of the reasons, comprehensive measures were recommended to adopt, from reasonably adjustingindustrial structure, strengthening tax collection and other aspects, to improve the long-term mechanism of scientific growth of revenue.
