摘要
经济新常态下,伴随着经济增长方式的转变及经济发展结构的调整,福建省就业问题面临着新的挑战。基于福建省政策法律、经济、劳动力供需、社会教育等层面的就业环境分析,从就业数量供给不足,就业压力较大;劳动工资增长缓慢;劳动争议时有发生,劳资关系较为紧张;社会保险覆盖面有待加强等方面对福建省高质量就业提升的困境进行探讨,提出充分落实就业优先战略和积极的就业政策;建立中小微企业健康发展支持体系;改革教育培训体系;完善公共就业服务体系建设以及加强制度建设等对策建议。
Under the new economic normality,the problem of obtain employment facing new challenges in Fujian province with adjustment of the transformation of economic growth mode and the structure of economic development.Basing on the analysis of employment environment in Fujian from policies and laws,economics,labor supply and demand,social education and other aspects,probing the plight of enhancing the quality of employment in Fujian,from the aspects such as：The in insufficient supply of job and the pressure of employment;Wages grow slowly;disputes about labor have occurred and relations on labor are more tensed;the coverage on social insurance needs to be strengthened,etc.And then put forward the suggestions,such as：full implementation of the strategic priority to employment and active employment policy;Establish healthy development of support system for small and medium micro enterprise;Reform education and training system;Improve public employment service system and strengthen the system construction,and so on.
