多日赛品牌赛事可持续发展研究——以苏州吴中环太湖国际竞走行走多日赛为例

摘要 本文主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、SWOT分析法等研究方法,根据苏州对品牌赛事需求、赛事创新点及赛事开展的具体情况进行了较为系统的分析,从而提出合理而科学的建议与意见。结论:苏州市具有优越的地理条件、发达的经济环境、丰富的办赛经验与优厚的高校资源;政府支持大力办赛、赛事品牌定位重自然人文;赛制创新、规则创新、赛道优美;运营团队较薄弱、赛事融资能力较弱、媒体介入少。举办本赛事总的优势大于劣势,机会多于威胁。建议:提升品牌识别力、改善品牌赛事运营机制、加强品牌赛事组织管理、建立与完善品牌保护制度,保障赛事可持续发展。 This research uses literature material law, logical analysis, SWOT analysis and other research methods. According to the Suzhou of the brand competition needs, innovation and competition in the event specific conditions are were systematically analyzed, and reasonable and scientific suggestions are put forward. Conclusion: Suzhou City has superior geographical conditions, well - developed economy, rich tournament experience and generous resources of colleges; government heavily supporting holding matches, event brand positioning heavy human and natural; competition system innovation, the rules of innovation, a beautiful track; a weak operations team, the weak financing events, and the less media involvement. The overall advantages of holding the tournament outweigh the disadvantages, and opportunities are more than threats. Recommendation: enhance the brand recognition, improve brand events operation mechanism, strengthen the brand event organization management, establish and improve the brand protection system to guarantee the sustainable development of events.
