摘要
本文以天津市8所具有代表性的高职院校作为研究对象,采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,从教师基本情况及科研成果两大方面着手,分别对影响高职院校体育教师科研的年龄、学历、学位、职称等一系列的原因,以及科研成果形式进行全面系统的研究与分析,调查高职教师的结构分布特点,以及科研成果分布情况,进一步提出对天津市高校体育教师科研发展的设想与建议。
This paper regards 8 representative higher vocational colleges in Tianjin as the research object, and uses literature material method, questionnaire survey method, and mathematical methods through basic statistics on teachers and scientific research, analyes the reason influences physical education teachers＇scientific research in higher vocational colleges, such as age, degree and technical title. It also ananlyzes and explores the scientific research comprehensively and systemataeially. The paper inestigates the structure of the distribution characteristics of higher vocational teachers, as well as the distribution of scientific research achievements, and proposes the tentative idea and suggestions of college PE teachers＇scientific research development in tianjin.
