摘要
皮划艇是水上竞速类运动,冲刺环节决定了成绩走势。本文采用录像解析法、数据统计法,对2015年皮划艇世锦赛200米冠军李强的高桨频高速的冲刺技术研究分析,分析其划桨频率、艇速度,冲刺阶段划桨周期,身体倾向角度、桨叶入水和出水角度等指标。研究得出:平均桨频166桨/分钟,冲刺时有168桨/分钟,平均艇速6.1米/秒,全程平均速度波动小;稳定的身体控制技术,身体躯干角度变化平均值73.12°,标准差1.32;其划桨入水大于出水角度约20度,有利加速艇速与桨频。通过对李强冲刺技术特征研究分析,为广东省短距离皮划艇选手的训练提供指导参考。
Canoe is a speed sport on water, and its performance is decided by sprint phase. This paper uses the method of video analysis; data statistics to analyze the technology of high speed and frequency canoe on 2015 World Championships 200 meter champion Li Qiang. Analysis includes: the paddle frequency, boat speed, sprint stroke cycle, body inclination angle, and blade inlet and outlet angle. Results: The average propeller frequency 166 times/minute, sprint has 168 times / minute; average boat speed 6.1 m / s, the average speed fluctuation is small; Body control is stable, and the bodyg trunk angle change the average value of 73.12 degrees, the standard deviation of 1.32 ; The paddle into the water outlet angle is greater than about 20 degrees, favorable acceleration boat speed and stroke frequency. Through the analysis of the characteristics of sprint technique to study Li Qiang, It provides guidance and reference for Guangdong province short distance canoe athletes training.
