摘要
社会经济的快速发展和教育体制改革进程的不断深化,为高等教育事业的蓬勃发展提供了重要的契机和良好的社会环境,高职院校以培养技能高、应用能力强的实践型人才为主,侧重于面向生产、面向一线和面向社会,而建设一批高素质、强应用的双师型教师队伍是实现工学结合人才培养模式的重要保证,能够有效的为高职院校人才培养提供重要的师资支持。基于此,本文以高职院校教师发展为主要内容,以工学结合模式的概述为主要出发点,论述了工学结合模式下对高职院校教师能力的要求,并对工学结合模式下高职院校教师发展策略进行简要探究,以期为相关研究人员提供一定的借鉴。
With the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of education reform process, for the vigorous devel-opment of the cause of higher education provides an important opportunity and a good social environment, higher vocational col-leges are to train high skills, strong ability to apply the practice of talents, which is given priority to. It focused on the produc-tion and the line and geared to the needs of society, the construction of a batch of high quality, strong application of dual prac-tice the teachers＇team that are the important guarantee to realize work - integrated learning personnel training mode. It can ef-fectively support to provide important teachers of higher vocational education. Based on this, this paper is to concern for the de-velopment of higher vocational colleges teachers that are as the main content, engineering is combined with overview of the mod-el as the main starting point. It discussed and combined with the requirement of higher vocational colleges teachers ability underthe mode, and the engineering combined with the mode of higher vocational teacher development strategy that makes a briefstudy on it, so as to provide some reference for the related researchers.
