摘要
林可霉素对革兰氏阳性球菌有较好抑制作用,主要是抑制细菌蛋白质的合成。目前对林可霉素含量的检测方法有多种,本文主要通过查阅国内近期文献,归纳总结了不同林可霉素制剂中林可霉素的含量测定方法的研究进展,为其质量评价和体内药动学过程的研究提供依据,并为林可霉素含量测定方法的进一步研究提供文献依据和分析思路。
Lincomycin has good inhibition effect to gram positive coccus, mainly inhibit bacterial protein synthesis. In recent years,the methods for determination of Lincomycin have been studied by many scholars. The research development on the analytical method of de？termination about Lincomycin are reviewed systematically through consulting the domestic recent literature,which provides a basis for literature evidence or ideas for further research and determination of Lincomycin.
