摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对昭通大山包产玛咖不同部位中Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Mg、Pd、Cd 8种微量元素进行了测定分析。结果表明,玛咖根茎和叶子中微量元素含量由高到低依次均为Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu,而Pd、Cd未检出;同一元素在玛咖不同部位中含量不同,除Fe外,叶子中Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn、Cu含量均高于根茎部位。FAAS法的回收率为94.06%~103.10%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.42%~2.21%(n=6),测定结果准确、可靠。研究结果可为玛咖不同部位的开发利用提供试验参考。
Eight trace elements including Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Mg,Pb,Cd in different parts of Maca(Lepidium meyenii Walp.)cultivated in Zhaotong Dashanbao were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). The results showed that the content of trace elements in rhizome and leaf of Maca was from high to lower as follows:Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,but Pd and Cd was not detected. The content of the same element in different parts of Maca was varied. The content of Ca,Mg,Zn,Mn,Cu except Fe in leaf was higher than those in rhizome. The recovery rate was 94.06 %-103.10 %,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.42 %-2.21 %(n =6),and the determination results were accurate and reliable. The research results can provide test reference for the development and utilization of different parts of Maca.
