摘要
为了培养学生的工程实践能力,改善单一枯燥、缺乏可操作性的实验教学状况,模拟农畜宿舍中供水、供料、孵化箱、升降门、通风及照明等场景,设计了以STM32为主控器的教学实验仪器,通过红外线、无线通信和上位机等3种控制方式,实现理论教学中常见的控制系统。该仪器提供了多个可操作的实际被控对象,可完成控制系统类型认知、控制系统建模、时域分析以及串联校正分析等实验内容,有助于提高学生将所学理论应用于实际工程中的能力。
In order to improve the students' ability of engineering practice and change the traditional experimental teaching which is boring and lacks operability,this article designs a new experimental apparatus using STM32 as the main controller.The apparatus simulates the scenes of farmhouse,such as water supply,feeding,incubator,door,ventilation and lighting,and is controlled by three different ways,which builds up different common control systems in Automatic Control Principle.The apparatus could support many experiments,such as recognition of types of control system,modeling of control system,time-domain analysis and series correction,by providing several operable real controlled objects.The series correction experiment focuses on the effects on control system causing by several different ways.Thus the apparatus could improve students' ability of applying the theory into the engineering.
