摘要
为测试新型活齿无级变速器(innovative movable-teeth CVT,iMCVT)性能,开发了一种多功能的iMCVT实验平台。基于iMCVT的结构及工作原理,完成了实验平台的总体结构设计与搭建。利用电磁离合器的接合及分离可在同一平台上实现iMCVT的动、稳态测试以及与不同动力装置的性能匹配等实验,并在进行不同的测试实验时无需调整平台各部件,简单、易行、快速,实现了实验平台的"柔性化"。
The innovative Movable-teeth CVT(iMCVT)is a new type of non-friction continuously variable transmission.In order to investigate its performances,a multifunctional experimental platform of iMCVT is developed.Based on the structure and work principle of iMCVT,the overall structure design of the experimental platform is completed and then the experimental platform is built.Using the connection and disconnection of the clutch,the experimental platform can achieve the dynamic and static tests of iMCVT and the performance match test with different power sources and so on.It is simple,easy and fast to operate because different test experiments are carried out without adjusting platform components,which can realize the flexibility of the experimental platform.
