摘要
随着互联网的发展普及,企业逐渐倾向平台化,与用户的协同创新成为企业降低创新风险的重要途径。由于信息不对称、投机主义等因素,企业与用户的协同创新中存在演化博弈的特点。本文在平台化战略下,基于网络能力和吸收能力的视角,提出企业与用户协同创新的匹配机制,构建企业与用户协同创新的演化博弈模型,得出稳定策略(ESS)和演化路径,并从减小协同成本、提高额外收益、降低投机收益和增大知识转化系数四个方面给出策略建议,以期为提高双方协同创新的效率提供参考。
Platformization strategy is widely used with the development and population of Internet. But there is dynamic evo- lutionary game because of the information asymmetry and opportunistic practice, while collaborative innovation is the vital way to reduce risk. Therefore, collaborative innovation under the matching mechanism is analyzed through introducing dy- namic evolutionary game model from the perspective of network capability and absorptive capability, and then the ESS and evolutionary path is obtained. Finally, corresponding suggestions are proposed by reducing cost, promoting extra profit, cut- ting down opportunistic income and enlarging knowledge transfer coefficient to make collaborative innovation effectively.
