摘要
地理国情普查是一项开创性的工作,专业性强,其资料收集利用涉及部门多,数据内容丰富,质量管理贯穿普查工作过程始终,是项目顺利完成的关键。文章结合福州市地理国情普查工作的成功案例,从影像资料、基础测绘资料及行业专题资料的收集分析与利用、首件成果检查、过程工序控制、成果验收以及轨迹仪外业核查等的质量管理实施,分别阐述了城市区域地理国情普查资料收集利用以及质量管理工作的内容和经验做法。
National geographic conditions census is a pioneering and intensively professional work. Data collection and utilization of this work involve many departments and the data content is rich. Quality management which is throughout the geographic conditions census, is the key to successfully complete the project. In this paper, combining the successful cases of Fuzhou national geographic conditions census, the urban national geographic conditions census data collection and utilization and quality management work content and experiences were respectively expounded from analyses and use of the image data, basic surveying and mapping data, industry special data collections, ,and from quality managements of the implementation of the first article inspection results, process control, the results of inspection and trajectory instrument industry verification.
