摘要
本文主要分析了甲醇低压羰基法合成醋酸的工艺流程,以及在此过程中碘化物的主要来源情况,通过对碘化物脱出工艺的研究和应用,将醋酸产品中的碘化物降低到6.33×10-9,提高了醋酸的品质,为甲醇低压羰基法合成醋酸提供可参考的技术依据。
This paper mainly analyzes the main source of iodide in process of synthesizing acetic acid by methanol low pressure carbonyl process, as well as in the process, through of iodide extrusion technology research and application, to reduce the iodide in acetic acid was redueed to 6.33 x 10^-9 and the quality of acetic acid.It was improved It provided reference basis for methanol low pressure carbonyl synthesizing acetic acid.
