摘要
在H_2SO_4介质中,KBrO_3能氧化吖啶黄使其荧光猝灭,而钴(Ⅱ)能明显地阻抑这一反应,其阻抑程度与钴(Ⅱ)的浓度有关,据此建立了阻抑动力学荧光光度法测定痕量钴(Ⅱ)的新方法。考察了各种试验条件对灵敏度的影响,优化了最佳试验条件:H_2SO_41.9mL,KBrO_3 1.5mL,吖啶黄2.0mL,反应温度50℃,反应时间7min。此方法的线性范围为5.6~20μg·L^(-1),检出限为1.1×10-8g·L^(-1)。对面粉和茶叶中钴的测定,结果令人满意。
The fluorescence of acriflavin would be quenched after oxidized by potassium bromate in sulfuric acid medium.This reaction could be inhibited greatly by cobalt (Ⅱ) and the inhibition degree is correlated with con- centration of cobalt(Ⅱ). A new method of determination of cobalt(Ⅱ) by inhibitory kinetic fluorimetric spectropho- tometry was established according to the above principle. Effects of testing conditions on sensitivity were discussed and optimum conditions were determined as follows: sulfuric acid 1.9 mL, potassium bromate 1.SmL, acriflavin 2.0mL reacting at 50℃ for 7min. The linear range of this method was 5.6~20μg·L-1and the detection limit was lax 1.1×10^-8g·L-1. This method can be used for the determination of cobalt(Ⅱ) in flour and tea with satisfactory results.
