摘要 以葛洲坝闸门启闭机齿轮箱为研究对象,利用声发射(Acoustic Emission简称AE)传感器的高频特性采集故障信息,计算出信号时域特征参数值,对齿轮箱故障进行初步判断。然后用xcorr函数,对特征参数值异常信号进行自相关分析,提取周期信号,进行故障识别。通过检修验证时域特征参数和自相关分析有效地提取齿轮箱的早期故障,解决了由于转速低、故障点产生的冲击响应频率低而使频谱分析效果差的问题,研究成果对低速重载齿轮箱提供了一种有效的故障诊断方法。 Gezhouba Dam shiplock mechanical hoist gearbox is taken as the research object, the high-frequency characteristics of the AE sensor is used to collect its fault information, calculating the values of time-domain characteristic parameters as well as making a preliminary judgment for gearbox failure. Then signals of the characteristic parameter abnormal values mades an autocorrelation analysis by xcorr function for extraction of periodic signals and fault recognition. Results of the overhaul prove that the time-domain characteristic parameters and autocorrelation analysis are very applicable to extract early fault of gearbox to solve the problem that frequency spectrum analysis effect is poor, it is caused by low speed and low of fault point shock response frequency. This research results provide an effective fault diagnosis method for low-speed and heavy- duty large gearbox.
