摘要
单克隆抗体药物具特异性强、见效快、副作用低等优点,成为医药行业增速最快的领域之一,在疾病治疗方面展现出广阔的应用前景,创造了巨大的经济和社会效益。本文介绍了"单抗"药物的研发进展,分析了我国相关产业发展中普遍存在的问题,并结合芜湖市相关产业发展、政策等情况对芜湖"单抗"药物产业化提出了一些看法与建议。
Monoclonal antibody drugs have advantages of high specificity, rapid curative effect and low sideeffect. With broad application prospects in the treatment of disease, it creates enormous economic and social benefits, and becomes one of the fastest growing areas of the pharmaceutical industry. This paper described the development progress of research and industrialization of it, analyzed the common problems, and presented some views and suggestions on the industrialization of Monoclonal antibody drugs in the city of Wuhu.
