摘要
【目的】对中国科学技术信息研究所F5000论文遴选方法与过程解析,为科研管理领域以及科技期刊界提供基于F5000论文的科研评价指导和参考。【方法】从"中国精品科技期刊"评选、F5000提名论文抽取、F5000提名论文的学术内容完善和F5000提名论文再评审等4个步骤,介绍了F5000论文的遴选方法,中信所以2015年精品科技期刊《稀有金属》中F5000论文的遴选为例,探讨F5000论文的遴选细节。【结果】F5000提名论文包括定量和定性两部分,同时需要在补充中英文长摘要、其他合著作者的信息、论文图表及其题注、编委会评价或推荐意见等基础上,由中信所再次评定,故而具有较高的学术水平和一定的学术影响力。【结论】F5000论文是一种新型的高学术水平的论文库,而F5000平台将成为研究人员开展科技合作的有力工具,是科技期刊走向国际的大门。
[Purposes] With the analysis on the F5000 paper selection method and process from the ISTIC, this paper could be a reference to the managers and researchers for the evaluation of FS000 papers. [ Methods ] This paper introduced the process of F5000 papers, including the evaluation and selection of the Outstanding S&T Journals of China, the extraction of nominated FS000 papers, the perfection of nominated FS000 papers, and the review of the perfected FS000 papers. And then taking Chinese Journal of Rare Metals as an example, we adopted the method above to generate its F5000 papers in 2015. [ Findings] The nominated FS000 papers covered quantitative and qualitative parts, and also need authors to complete the long abstracts in Chinese and English. In addition, other papers' information was submitted, such as non-first authors, figures with credit lines, tables with credit liines and reviews from the journal editorial board. Furthermore, the ISTIC would appraise them again, and later conferred the FS000 certificate. [ Conclusions ] The FS000 paper database is a novelty paper database with higher academic quality. The F5000 platform would be a tool to make cooperative research for researchers, and a door to go abroad for the journals.
