摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断加速,城市消防建设已成为当下社会发展中的重点研究问题。传统的消防调度指挥系统在实际应用中尚不完善,在一定程度上影响了灭火救援及时有效的开展,因此建立完善的消防调度指挥地理信息系统迫在眉睫。介绍了消防调度指挥地理信息系统的结构化设计,阐述了该系统的开发设计框架,并探讨了系统关键功能的实现过程,以供同行参考。
The setting - up of the dispatch of municipal fire facilities is pivotal in the study and research of municipal development with the Chinese urbanization in recent years. The old municipal fire fighting commanding and dispatc-hing system is not enough for efficient fire - rescuing. It is urgent to set up an efficient geographical data system for fire command and dispatching. This paper introduces the structural design of this system and lays out the frame of this design. Some key functions of the application are discussed for references.
