摘要
良好的室外风环境对于增强室外人体舒适性、建筑节能、促进室外有害气体扩散等多方面具有重要意义.建筑的形体对于室外风环境具有重要影响,风环境模拟可以在建筑方案设计阶段帮助建筑师进行建筑的形体优化.针对深圳万科第五园建筑室外通风不畅、居民生活品质受到影响的状况,采用CFD技术进行建筑形体优化研究.对小区东南部多层住宅提出3种改造意向,分别进行CFD风环境模拟,最终确定了最为合理的改造方案.对该实例的研究表明,建筑室外风环境模拟为建筑师提供了优化建筑设计的有效途径.
Favorable exterior wind environment is of great significance in enhancing human comfort,saving energy and preventing harmful gas from accumulation. Architectural form has an important impact on exterior wind environment, and its simulation can help architects optimize architectural design. The research is how to improve Shenzhen Vanke Fifth Gar-den' s exterior wind environment exhibited stagnant. Based on CFD technology the paper simulates Shenzhen Vanke Fifth Garden and tests three improvement approaches in the southeast part of the settlement, and determines one of them as a feasible solution. It is shown that the simulation of exterior wind environment provides an effective way to optimize architectural design.
