摘要
油城-黄河大跨越输电工程作为"山东第一跨",技术上面临着一系列挑战.通过对外形选型、节点研究、动力特性分析、埃菲尔效应分析、后注浆技术研究等5个方面,解决了大跨越设计的关键技术问题,提出了法兰套管相贯技术、"举"型外型、后注浆技术等多项新思路,节省工程总造价15%以上,经济效益巨大.结合实际工程,通过对上述关键技术的应用,期冀形成成熟的设计技术进行推广.
As the first large span transmission engineering in Shandong province? Youcheng- Huanghe large span transmission engineering faced a series of challenges. This research solves the key technologies in design of large span transmission engineering through five aspects including shape selection,node research,dynamic characteristic analysis?Eiffel effect a-nalysis and post grouting technology research. This research also proposes a number of new ideas including technology of flange bushing, lift exterior and post grouting technique, which will save project cost more than 15%. At last, this research combines with practical engineering through the application of the key technologies mentioned above in order to form maturity of the design technology and promote it in the future.
