摘要
目的研制一种功能齐全、设备先进、操作方便、设计合理、适用于灾害现场救援的危重症患者转运车。方法通过对危重症患者转运期间病情变化特点的研究,根据医疗设备的功能、结构特点,结合转运车所需的动力模块、监护模块、心肺复苏模块、液体管理模块、护理模块及支撑模块的临床操作规范来进行组装设计。结果转运车研制成功后适用于危重症患者的短途转运。结论危重症患者转运车可将危重症患者送达特殊区域,将为第一时间抢救患者提供最先进的生命支持系统。
Objective To develop transport carts for critically ill patients which are comprehensively functional, well-equipped, easily-operated, reasonably-designed, and suitable for disaster relief on the scene. Methods Assemble and design transport cart by studying the conditions of critically ill patients during transport and the clinical operational norms about the driving module, monitoring module, cardiopulmonary resuscitation module fluid-managing module, nursing module and supporting module and in accordance with the functions and the structural features of medical equipments. Results If the transport cart is successfully developed, it can be used in the short-distance transport of critically ill patients. Conclusions Transport cart for critically ill patients can transfer them to special areas, providing cutting edge life-supporting system for first aid of patients.
