摘要
美丽乡村建设是我国城乡一体化发展的重要载体,是统筹城乡发展,推进社会主义新农村建设的进一步延伸。通过探讨美丽乡村的内涵要求,分析推进美丽乡村建设的动力因素,提出美丽乡村建设需要重点研究的规划、投入、操作和机制等问题,旨在为美丽乡村建设提供理论支撑和实践借鉴。
The construction of beautiful countryside is an important carrier of the integration of urban and rural development in China. It is a further extension of the urban and rural development, and promote the construction of new socialist countryside. Through discussing the connotation of the beautiful countryside, it analyzes the dynamic factors of the construction of the beautiful countryside, and puts for-ward the planning, investment, operation and mechanism of the construction of the beautiful countryside to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of the beautiful countryside.
