摘要
以表面活性剂C12E10作为浊点萃取剂,通过超声波辅助作用增强溶液的乳化效果,建立了一种新型的三七、云木香、茯苓中8种有机磷农药残留检测的前处理方法(UASEME)。通过优化影响UASEME的各因素,添加农药标准品进行了加标回收率实验。结果表明,方法回收率在80.69%~100.66%之间,相对标准偏差为(RSD)2.21%~5.96%,检出限为在2.8×10-6-8.1×10-6ng/L。该方法的各项技术指标均满足农药残留的检测要求,适合中药材中痕量农药的残留分析。
C12E10 surfactant was used as cloud point extraction agent, assisted by ultrasound to en-hance the emulsifying effect of solution, a new type of pretreatment methods for detection of eight organo- phosphorus pesticide residues (UASEME) in Panax,cloud woody, Poria was established. By optimizing va-rious factors of UASEME, spiked recovery experiments for adding the pesticide standards were done. The re-sults showed that the recovery rate was 80. 69% - 100. 66% , the relative standard deviation ( RSD) was 2. 21% - 5. 9 6% ,the detection limit was2. 8 x 10 6 - 8. 1 x 10 6ng / L. The method of various technical indicators met the pesticide residue testing requirements for medicines of trace pesticide residue analysis.
